How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days and arrive within 7–10 business days in the US. International orders may take longer.

How are CDP products made?

All Cardiff Dog Pack branded products (apparel, mugs, accessories) are custom printed to order by our fulfillment partner Printful. Each item is made just for you when you place your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every CDP product is custom printed to order we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size ordered. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ve got you covered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please email us at cardiffdogpack@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no charge.

What about the Amazon linked products?

Products marked “CDP Recommended Gear” link directly to Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s own return policy.

How does my purchase support rescue dogs?

A portion of every Cardiff Dog Pack purchase goes toward supporting real dog rescue organizations. Every time you shop with us you’re helping dogs find their forever homes.
